A graduate of Pompeu Fabra University and a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 2010, Marta’s professional experience includes comprehensive advisory services in the acquisition and management of real estate assets, financing and real estate M&A transactions, purchase and lease agreements of all types of assets, legal advice on development and construction matters, board secretarial duties for corporate entities, and the coordination of notarial, registry, and urban planning procedures associated with such operations.
