Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Barcelona (1989) and Master’s in Tax Advisory and Management from ESADE (1993). Specialized in tax advisory services and the preparation of economic reports in the context of restructuring operations and labor dismissals.

Her experience covers the various areas of corporate tax advisory, including general tax advice for both companies and individuals, restructuring and mergers and acquisitions, corporate groups, transfer pricing, as well as international taxation and non-resident taxation.

She is also specialized in advising high-net-worth individuals and family offices on tax matters, succession planning, and family governance protocols.

Member of the Association of Economists of Catalonia and the ESADE Alumni Association.

She previously worked at UBS ESPAÑA, S.A. as a Financial Planner in the Wealth Management (Private Banking) division, at Deloitte in the Tax Department, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Audit Department.
