Her experience covers the various areas of corporate tax advisory, including general tax advice for both companies and individuals, corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions, corporate groups and tax consolidation, transfer pricing, as well as international taxation and non-resident taxation.

She is also specialized in advising high-net-worth individuals and family offices on tax matters, succession planning, family governance protocols, and taxation related to the art world.

She has delivered numerous talks and lectures on tax matters in various professional and academic forums.
Member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 1992, she is also a member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors and the ESADE Alumni Association. She previously worked for 16 years in the tax department of the Barcelona office of Uría Menéndez.
