He has extensive experience in civil and commercial law, both in litigation and non-litigation matters, regularly advising on commercial contracting, corporate transactions of all kinds—including commercial, legal-financial, and regulatory aspects—real estate investment operations, and the management of high-net-worth individuals and estate planning. He leads the firm’s respective department.

He has taught Commercial Law at the Central University of Barcelona (Master’s in Business Law) and at the Association of Economists of Catalonia, as well as in the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at the Faculties of Law of Abat Oliba CEU University and the International University of Catalonia (UIC), and at ISDE (Institute for Law and Economics).

Regarding his professional career, he began in 1991 at the family law firm CONDOMINES ABOGADOS. In 1999, he founded the law and economics firm DEYFIN. In 2013, due to structural changes, he contributed to transforming DEYFIN into ESTUDIO LEGAL INLEY. In 2017, together with his current partners, he founded ORTEGA-CONDOMINES ABOGADOS.
