Partner at the firm. Law degree from the University of Barcelona (1987) and Postgraduate Degree in Tax and Financial Studies from the University of Barcelona (1990).

Former State Tax Inspector (on leave of absence), with experience in the areas of tax inspection, insolvency proceedings, and tax collection, where he served as Head of the Barcelona Tax Collection Office between 2004 and 2007.

He is an expert in Tax Administration at the Fiscal Affairs Department of the International Monetary Fund.

He previously worked for eight years in the Tax Department of the law firm Uría Menéndez in Barcelona.

His professional practice includes activities related to tax procedures in the areas of inspection, management, and collection, as well as tax litigation, both in administrative and judicial proceedings. He also provides general tax advisory services to both individuals and corporations. In particular, his experience includes advising on family business matters, succession planning, non-resident taxation, restructuring operations, and related-party transactions.

Member of the Barcelona Bar Association and the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors. He is a lecturer in the Master’s in Taxation at EADA Business School and a regular speaker at seminars. Recognized by “Best Lawyers” in the 2019–2026 editions as one of the best professionals in Spain in the tax and fiscal law field.
