Graduated in Law from ESADE, with postgraduate training in Labor Law and Human Resources, and a Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession.

e develops his professional practice in the field of Labor Law, providing ongoing advice to national and international companies in the strategic management of their employment relations, both in preventive and contentious matters.

He has extensive experience in comprehensive labor advisory services, including hiring, human resources organization, collective bargaining, corporate restructuring, and labor audits, as well as acting as lead counsel in proceedings before the labor courts.

He combines his professional activity with teaching and delivering specialized training and seminars on labor matters for executives and professionals, collaborating with institutions such as EAE Business School, Aranzadi, and APD (Association for Management Progress). He has also contributed as co-author to leading labor law publications edited by Wolters Kluwer.

Member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 2014 and of the ESADE Alumni Association.
