Partner at the firm. Law degree from the Central University of Barcelona (1991), Diploma in Community Law from the University of Essex (England), certified Real Estate Agent by public examination, and Master’s in Information Systems in Business. He has been a practicing lawyer since 1991 and has attended numerous specialization courses delivered by ESADE and the Barcelona Bar Association.

He is the head of the civil and commercial litigation department and has extensive experience in negotiating and advising on civil, commercial, and sports law contracts and transactions, as well as in resolving disputes arising from such agreements and operations.

He has participated in numerous judicial and arbitration proceedings involving disputes arising from corporate transactions, real estate deals, corporate relationships, unfair competition acts, distribution and agency agreements, inheritance matters, civil liability, professional athletes’ image rights, disputes between clubs, agents and professional players, as well as litigation related to football broadcasting rights.

Recognized by “Best Lawyers” from 2013 to 2026 as one of the best business lawyers in Spain in the areas of litigation and Sports Law; he has also been repeatedly highlighted by the “Chambers Europe Guide” as a specialist in sports law and related disputes. He is a founding member of the international association of sports law experts “Rex Sport” (www.rexsport.org). He is also included in the list of arbitrators of the Barcelona Arbitration Tribunal.

He practiced at “Pintó Ruiz & Del Valle” from 1991 to 2013, where he was appointed partner in 1999. In 2013 he joined ESTUDIO LEGAL INLEY, and in 2017, together with his current partners, contributed to transforming it into ORTEGA CONDOMINES ABOGADOS.
