Argentine and Italian lawyer, head of the Commercial Law department. Admitted to practice both in Spain and Argentina, where he practiced in the field of Private Law before moving to Spain to pursue a Master’s Degree in Business Law at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona during the 2005–2006 academic year. He is a lecturer in Commercial Law Practice at ESADE – Ramon Llull University, Barcelona, and a researcher at the Autonomous Institute of Accounting Law in Buenos Aires.

He has also served as Assistant Professor of Corporate Law at the National University of Córdoba, Argentina.

As a result of his experience in the field of Commercial Law, he has published several works on corporate law and securities markets. He joined the firm in 2008.
