Head of the Litigation Department. Law degree from Pompeu Fabra University. Diploma in Legal Practice from the Barcelona Bar Association and member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) since 2000. Specialist in Procedural Law and Private, Civil, and Commercial Law.

She has a solid academic background and more than twenty years of experience in negotiation, legal advisory, and litigation in civil and commercial matters. She has participated in numerous judicial proceedings, often complex and involving significant economic value, related to the validity, interpretation, and enforcement of contracts; contractual and non-contractual liability claims; termination and rescission of contracts; division of jointly owned property; inheritance and succession disputes; construction defect claims; corporate disputes, challenges to corporate resolutions, and liability claims against directors; disputes arising from distribution and agency agreements; lease and real estate matters, among others. She has also had the opportunity to participate in some of the major insolvency proceedings at the national level.

She combines her litigation practice before the courts with advising companies from various sectors, including real estate, pharmaceutical, education, industrial, and commercial distribution.

She developed most of her professional career at Herrera Advocats, where she became a partner in 2006 and a member of the board of directors in 2011. In 2021, she joined ORTEGA CONDOMINES to lead the Litigation and Procedural Law department.

She has also taught classes in the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at Abat Oliba University, at Pompeu Fabra University, and at the Association of Chartered Account Auditors of Catalonia.
