Law degree from the University of Barcelona and Master’s in Taxation and Tax Advisory from the Center for Financial Studies (CEF). She also completed university studies in Rome. Lawyer, member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) since 1993, she specializes in Commercial and Civil Law, with a particular focus on real estate transactions, corporate restructuring, refinancing, succession planning and generational transfer of family businesses, commercial and civil contracting, and corporate law.

She has more than 23 years of experience in legal practice, including 6 years as an independent professional and the last 17 years as a member of the Commercial Department at PwC Barcelona and of the technical office at PwC Madrid.

Since 2009, she has also collaborated as a lecturer in courses and master’s programs taught by CEF. She joined the firm’s Commercial Department in June 2016.
