New information requirements on working conditions and transparency

Royal Decree 723/2026 will enter into force on 5 October, significantly expanding employers’ obligations to provide information on working conditions.

The new regulation requires companies to review employment contracts, information documents, probationary period clauses, onboarding procedures and personnel management systems, incorporating new requirements regarding detail, traceability and transparency.

For this reason, Ortega Condomines has organised a practical session aimed at professionals in Human Resources, Labour Relations and People Management, during which we will analyse:

  • The main changes introduced by Royal Decree 723/2026.
  • The minimum information that must be provided to employees.
  • The risks associated with contracts and documentation currently in use.
  • The obligations relating to automated systems and algorithms.
  • The measures that should be implemented before the regulation comes into force.

The webinar will take place on 9 October at 10:00 a.m. and will be held online.

The session will have a highly practical approach and will conclude with a roadmap to help companies adapt their procedures with legal certainty.
